摘  要:为更好地提升沥青路面的阻裂能力,对中温条件下纤维改性沥青的性能进行研究,使用水镁石纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维对沥青进行改性。采用延度、测力延度及双边缺口拉伸试验,选用拉伸屈服强度、断裂伸长率、初始黏韧性比、残余黏韧性比、比基本断裂功及临界裂纹尖端位移(CTOD)等指标评价纤维改性沥青的抗裂性能与耐疲劳性能;采用软化点试验与布氏黏度试验,测试纤维改性沥青的软化点值及135℃黏度,分析其高温稳定性与施工和易性。结果表明:3%水镁石纤维可以提升沥青的延度峰值拉力、拉伸屈服强度、比基本断裂功与CTOD等,进而提升沥青的抗裂性能;将0.3%玄武岩纤维与0.5%水镁石纤维进行复掺能较好地提升沥青的抗裂性能;纤维改性会提高沥青的运动黏度,因此需进一步对纤维改性沥青的抗离析性能进行研究。In order to improve the cracking resistance of asphalt pavement,the properties of fiber modified asphalt under medium temperature condition are studied.Brucite fiber,basalt fiber and polyester fiber are used to modify asphalt.Tensile yield strength,elongation at break,initial viscosivity ratio,residual viscosivity ratio,specific basic fracture work and critical crack tip displacement(CTOD)are used to evaluate the crack resistance and fatigue resistance of fibre-modified asphalt.Softening point test and Brinell viscosity test are carried out to measure the softening point value and 135℃ viscosity of fiber modified asphalt,and to analyze its high temperature stability and workability.The results show that 3%brucite fiber can improve the peak tensile strength,tensile yield strength,specific basic fracture work and CTOD of asphalt,so as to improve the cracking resistance of asphalt.Blending 0.3% basalt fiber with 0.5% brucite fiber can also improve the cracking resistance of asphalt.Fiber modification can improve the kinematic viscosity of asphalt,so it is necessary to further study the anti-segregation properties of fiber modified asphalt.
