摘  要:为解决桥梁伸缩缝用快速修补材料反复破坏问题,以普通硅酸盐水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥的复合水泥为主胶凝材料,研究胶砂比、水胶比、超细填料、PVA纤维和膨胀剂对高强修补料性能的影响。结果表明:利用高效减水剂可以实现超低水胶比,使修补料实现超高强,2 h、1 d和28 d抗折强度达到7.9 MPa、12.1 MPa和13.0 MPa, 2 h、1 d和28 d抗压强度达到42.0 MPa、68.6 MPa和104.0 MPa;超细填料的填充进一步提高了基体强度,其最佳掺量为15%;PVA纤维和膨胀剂对修补料的力学性能有所提高,可以抵抗水泥基材料收缩产生的应力,收缩率小;高强修补料经过200次抗冻融循环后,强度和质量基本无损失。微观结构特征表明硬化浆体的内部结构十分致密,高强修补材料满足桥梁伸缩缝修补材料的技术要求。In order to solve the problem of repeated damage to bridge expansion joints using rapid repair materials,a repairing material based on ordinary Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement composite cement is developed.The effects of binder-aggregate ratio,water-binder ratio,superfine powder,PVA fiber and expansion agent on the properties of high strength patching materials are explored.The results show that the use of high efficiency water reducing agent can realize ultra-low water binder ratio,so that the repair material can achieve ultra-high strength,the 2 h,1 d and 28 d flexural strength reaching up to 7.9 MPa,12.1 MPa and 13.0 MPa,and the 2 h,1 d and 28 d compressive strength reaching up to 42.0 MPa,68.6 MPa and 104.0 MPa;the filling of ultrafine fillers further improves the strength of the matrix,and the optimal content is 15%;PVA fiber and expansion agent can improve the mechanical properties of the repair material,resist the stress caused by the shrinkage of cement-based material,and the shrinkage rate is low.Under 200 freeze-thaw cycles,the strength loss and mass loss of the high-strength repair material are close to zero.The micro-structure characteristics show that the internal structure of the hardened paste is very dense,and the high strength repair material can meet the technical requirements of bridge expansion joint repair material.
