摘 要:为改良黄土的工程特性,降低施工难度,以及提高工业废渣的资源化利用率,利用聚丙烯酸钠混合剂和工业废渣复配,对陕西西安地区的湿陷性黄土进行固化改良。通过击实试验、崩解试验、力学试验、渗透试验以及微观试验,展开聚丙烯酸钠-工业废渣协同固化湿陷性黄土固化效果与机理研究。试验结果表明:丙烯酸钠混合剂和工业废渣固化材料对湿陷性黄土均有明显的固化效果,两者复掺后,能够明显提高固化土的力学性能和水理性能,推荐聚丙烯酸钠混合剂的掺量为4%,工业废渣固化材料的掺量为3%~6%。微观试验表明,聚丙烯酸钠混合剂-工业废渣固化材料复掺后,聚丙烯酸钠混合剂可促进工业废渣固化材料的水化进程,两者具有协同增强的作用。To improve the engineering characteristics of loess,reduce the difficulty of construction,and improve the resource utilization rate of industrial waste residue,in this paper,sodium polyacrylate mixture and industrial waste residue are used to solidify and improve the collapsible loess in Xi'an of Shaanxi Province.Through compaction test,disintegration test,mechanical test,permeability test and microscopic test,the solidification effect and mechanism of collapsible loess with sodium polyacrylate and industrial waste residue are studied.The test results show that the sodium acrylate mixture and the industrial waste residue curing material have obvious curing effects on collapsible loess,and the mechanical and hydraulic properties of the solidified soil can be significantly improved after the two are compounded,and the content of sodium polyacrylate mixture is recommended to be 4%,and the content of industrial waste residue curing material is 3%~6%.Microscopic experiments show that the sodium polyacrylate mixture can promote the hydration process of the industrial waste solidified material after the sodium polyacrylate mixture is mixed with the industrial waste residue curing material,and the two have a synergistic enhancement effect.
