磷酸环境下沥青混合料抗水损害设计研究

摘  要:为应对磷矿区磷酸环境下沥青路面水损害多发问题,提升特殊服役环境下沥青路面服务水平,针对湖北省某公路养护工程,采用多功能路况检测车对K1169+766~K1204+000标段路面破损状况(PCI指数)进行检测。PCI检测结果表明,该标段以K1185+000为分界线,两段路破坏程度不同。现场水样测试结果表明,两段路路表积水pH值不同(分别为pH值≈3.0和pH值≈5.0)。综合耐久性和经济性考虑,提出路面分段式养护设计,拟选取耐酸性较好的辉绿岩用于受磷酸侵蚀较重(pH值≈3.0)的路段,耐酸性稍逊的石灰岩用于受磷酸侵蚀较轻(pH值≈5.0)的路段。通过配合比设计与沥青混合料性能试验验证,发现两种混合料设计方案均满足规范技术要求。研究表明:针对全路段服役环境和路损状况的不同,有针对性地进行分段式路面设计,可在满足工程技术需求的前提下有效降低工程建设成本,并可为类似酸性环境下的抗水损害设计提供思路与借鉴。In order to deal with the frequent water damage of asphalt pavement in phosphoric acid environment in phosphate mining areas and improve the service level of asphalt pavement in special service environment,relying on a highway maintenance project in Hubei Province,the multifunctional road condition testing vehicle is used to detect the pavement damage condition(PCI)of K169+766~K1204+000 section.PCI test results show that K1185+000 is the dividing line of this section,and the damage degree of the two sections is different.On-site water sample test results show that the pH value of road surface water is different between the two sections(pH≈3.0 and pH≈5.0,respectively).Considering durability and economy,the segmented maintenance design of pavement is proposed.Diabase with good acid resistance is selected for the road section heavily eroded by phosphoric acid(pH≈3.0),and limestone with less acid resistance is selected for the road section lightly eroded by phosphoric acid(pH≈5.0).Through the mix ratio design and the performance test of asphalt mixture,it is found that the two mixture design schemes meet the technical requirements of the specification.The study shows that the segmented pavement design can effectively reduce the construction cost under the premise of meeting the engineering requirements by targeting the different service environments and road damage conditions of the whole road section,and it can provide ideas and reference for the design of water damage resistance under similar acidic environments.
