摘  要:为解决传统沉管隧道压载水系统的钢或钢木水箱在安拆时存在大量焊接、切割及螺栓连接而导致的拆装效率低问题,以襄阳汉江沉管隧道项目为依托,研发了新型囊袋压载系统,以实现沉管隧道压载水系统的高效率施工。在所研发的新型囊袋压载系统内采用4层结构的柔性囊袋进行储水,分析了囊袋的结构组成、加工方式以及安拆方法,并采用ANSYS有限元软件对囊袋储水性能进行分析,确保囊袋的循环利用和储水安全;通过现场试验对囊袋水量检测采用的电磁双向流量计的准确性和囊袋在4.8%大纵坡装水可靠性方面展开研究,并基于该囊袋压载系统,设计了远程控制系统,浅析了进排水工艺。研究结果表明:(1)4层结构的柔性囊袋设计能满足项目的循环使用和储水需求;(2)电磁双向流量计较常规方式水箱水量检测误差在1%以内,其检测准确性可以满足囊袋水量的检测需求;(3)囊袋压载控制系统在现场应用中能实现对囊袋的远程操作。To solve the problem of low dismantling efficiency caused by a large amount of welding,cutting,and bolt connection in the installation and dismantling of steel or steel wood water tanks in traditional immersed tube tunnel ballast water systems,based on the Xiangyang Hanjiang immersed tube tunnel project,a new bag ballast system is developed to achieve efficient construction of the immersed tube tunnel ballast water system.A flexible four layer structure bag is used for water storage in the newly developed bag compression system.The structural composition,processing method,and installation and disassembly method of the bag are analyzed,and the water storage performance of the bag is analyzed using ANSYS finite element to ensure the recycling and water storage safety of the bag.Then,through on-site experiments,the accuracy of the electromagnetic bidirectional flow meter used for detecting the water content in the bag and the reliability of the bag's water filling on a 4.8%longitudinal slope are studied.Based on the bag's ballast system,a remote control system is designed,and the inlet and outlet processes are analyzed.The research results indicate that:(1)the flexible bag design with a four layer structure can meet the recycling and water storage needs of the project;(2)the electromagnetic bidirectional flow meter has a detection error of less than 1%compared to conventional square water tanks,and its detection accuracy can meet the requirements of bag water detection;(3)the bag pressure control system can achieve remote operation of bags in on-site applications.
