全域旅游安全事故的致因因素与形成路径研究

摘　　要：为保障全域旅游高质量推进,本研究对全域旅游安全事故的致因因素及其形成条件进行研究。首先,结合全域旅游安全事故案例,揭示全域旅游安全事故特征,借助地理探测器验证影响全域旅游安全的关键因素;而后,利用fsQCA揭示全域旅游安全事故的形成路径,提出安全防治实践举措。研究发现:全域旅游安全事故类型多,防控难度大,呈现明显的时空特征;事故是“人—机—环—管”等多方面要素互动作用的结果;事故的形成通常涉及4条主要路径,包括基础设施不足引致型(2010年)、经费保障不足引致型(2013年)、科技保障不足引致型(2016年)和旅游要素不足引致型(2019年)。In order to ensure the high-quality promotion of holistic tourism,this study studies the causes and formation conditions of holistic tourism safety accidents.Firstly,combined with the cases of the holistic tourism safety accident,the characteristics of the holistic tourism safety accident are revealed,and the geographical detector is used to verify the key factors affecting the holistic tourism safety.Then,fsQCA is used to reveal the formation path of the holistic tourism safety accident and put forward practical measures for safety prevention and control.The results show that there are many types of tourism safety accidents in the whole region,which are difficult to prevent and control,showing obvious spatial-temporal characteristics.The accident is the result of the interaction of many factors such as individual-machine-environment-management.There are four paths for the accidents,which are caused by lack of infrastructure(2010),caused by lack of financial support(2013),caused by lack of scientific and technological support(2016)and caused by lack of tourism factors(2019).
