安全工程专业顶岗实习模式的构建与实施

摘  要:为增强学生的实践能力和创新意识,分析安全工程专业传统实习模式存在的问题,构建包括实习岗位、实习保障、实习方式、实习成果及考核评价的顶岗实习模式,以华北科技学院安全工程专业为例开展实践活动。实践结果表明:170名学生在多省市开展顶岗实习,参与应急管理部门实习学生占比超75%,学院得到各部门和企业高度认可,学生实战能力和职业素养显著提升,相关成果形成论文发表。该模式使教学策略更加科学和有针对性,同时显著提高学生实习参与度与学习效果,为本科层次高校安全工程专业顶岗实习模式的构建实施提供借鉴。To enhance students'practical ability and innovation awareness,analyze the problems existing in the traditional internship mode of safety engineering major,and construct an on-the-job internship mode including internship positions,internship guarantees,internship methods,internship achievements,and assessment evaluation.Practical activities were carried out taking the safety engineering major of North China Institute of Science and Technology as an example.The practical results show that 170 students have conducted on-the-job internship in multiple provinces and cities,over 75%of the students participating in emergency management department internships.The institute has been highly recognized by various departments and enterprises,and students'practical abilities and professional qualities have significantly improved.Relevant achievements have been published in academic papers.This mode makes teaching strategies more scientific and targeted,while significantly improving students'participation in internships and learning outcomes,and provides reference for the construction and implementation of the on-the-job internship mode of the safety engineering majors of the colleges and universities at the undergraduate level.
