摘  要:为深入研究侧风对飞机安全性的影响,本文分析不同侧风场景对飞机姿态操纵的影响。基于B737-800型快速存储记录器(QAR)数据,首先采用动态时间规整—模糊C均值(DTW-FCM)算法对着陆阶段环境侧风进行场景聚类;然后采用时间域信号特征得到飞行操纵参数特征数据集,研究对比不同侧风场景对着陆飞行阶段中飞行员操纵行为的影响;最后评价横滚与偏航方向飞行姿态完成度,构建基于场景聚类的飞行员操纵模型。计算显示,侧风环境因素能够划分为3类场景,对应飞行操纵特征集有明显差异,且飞行姿态完成度表现不同。结果表明,该模型能够准确识别着陆阶段的侧风场景,进而有效分析飞行员在不同侧风条件下的操纵特征,并对飞行姿态完成度进行评价,为事故预防、应急处置和事故调查提供有力的分析工具。In order to research deeply the impact of crosswinds on the aircraft safety,in this paper,the influence of different crosswind scenarios on the aircraft attitude control was analyzed.First,environmental crosswinds during the landing were clustered using the Dynamic Time Warping-Fuzzy C-Means(DTW-FCM)algorithm based on Quick Access Recorder(QAR)data from a Boeing 737-800.Then,the characteristics dataset of flight control parameters was obtained through time-domain signal characteristics,and the effects of different crosswind scenarios on the pilot control behavior during the landing were researched and compared.Finally,the flight attitude completeness in roll and yaw direction was evaluated,and the pilot control model was constructed based on the scenario cluster.The calculation indicated that crosswind environmental factors could be categorized into three types of scenarios,each type exhibits significant differences in flight control characteristics and presents different flight attitude completeness.The results show that the model can accurately identify crosswind scenarios during the landing,analyze effetely pilot control behaviors under different crosswind conditions,and evaluate the flight attitude completeness.A robust analytical tool is provided for accident prevention,emergency management,and accident investigation.
