摘 要:以江浙典型城市苏州市的134家企业为研究对象,针对不同行业的排水状况进行分析,整体评估苏州印染工业企业污水的排放现状,发现苏州印染工业废水中B/C约为0.3,废水中的总氮、总磷含量较低,同时含有苯胺、锑等生物活性抑制物质,这些废水排放到城市污水处理厂或工业废水集中处理厂,其水质特征不利于生物处理过程。此外,针对该地区的印染废水水质特征,提出以微纳米气泡曝气技术为基础的“物化十厌氧十好氧”的处理方案。研究结果可为江浙地区印染废水高效安全处理提供科学依据。Taking 134 enterprises in Suzhou,a typical city of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province as the research objects,the drainage status of different industries was analyzed,and the discharge status of Suzhou printing and dyeing industry enterprises was evaluated as a whole.It was found that the B/C of Suzhou printing and dyeing industry wastewater was about o.3,the total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the wastewater were low,and the wastewater also contained aniline,antimony and other bioactive inhibitors.These effluents are discharged to municipal wastewater treatment plants or centralized industrial wastewater treatment plants,and their water quality characteristics are not conducive to biological treatment processes.In addition,according to the water quality characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater in this area,a treatment scheme of"physicochemical+anaerobic+aerobic"based on micro-nano bubble aeration technology was proposed.The results can provide scientific basis for the efficient and safe treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions.
