子牙河流域某小城镇污水处理厂提标改扩建工程实例

摘　　要：以河北某小城镇污水处理厂提标改扩建工程为例,通过对一期工程总结分析,结合《子牙河流域水污染物排放标准》(DB13/2796—2018)流域重点控制区排放限值要求,采用设施降负荷运行、优化处理流程、增设处理设施等多项举措。工程采用“格栅+旋流沉砂池+混凝反应池+初沉池+调节池+A^(2)/O+高效澄清池+纤维转盘滤器+消毒”的组合处理工艺。结果表明:出水COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、氨氮、TN、SS、TP平均质量浓度分别为17~33、1.8~5.1、0.65~2.25、5.7~10.3、1.9~8.1、0.15~0.39mg/L,去除率分别达到93%、98%、92%、77%、98%、93%,运行出水稳定,满足新地标排放要求。本研究为小城镇污水处理厂提标改扩建工程提供借鉴,对发挥工程综合效益,维护子牙河流域良好的水生态环境具有重要意义。Taking the upgrading and expansion project of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in an urban town in Hebei Province as an example,based on the summary and analysis of the first phase of the project,combined with the key control areas emission limit requirements of"Ziya River Basin Water Pollutant Discharge Standards"(DB 13/2796-2018),multiple measures such as load reduction operation of the first phase facilities,optimization of treatment processes,and addition of treatment facilities were adopted.The project adopts a combination treatment process of"grid+rotational flow grit+coagulation reaction tank+primary sedimentation tank+regulating tank+A^(2)/O+high-efficiency clarification tank+fiber disc filter+disinfection facilities".The operation results show that the average mass concentrations of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),ammonia nitrogen,TN,SS,and TP in the effluent are 17~33,1.8~5.1,0.65~2.25,5.7~10.3,1.9~8.1,and 0.15~0.39 mg/L,respectively.The removal rates reach 93%,98%,92%,77%,98%,and 93%,respectively.The effluent is stable and meets the requirements of new standard,providing reference for the upgrading,renovation,and expansion projects of.This study provides reference for the upgrading,renovation,and expansion projects of urban WWTPs,which is of great significance for maximizing the comprehensive benefits of the project and maintaining a good water ecological environment in the Ziya River basin.
