摘 要:为检验、复核南水北调中线交叉建筑物的行洪能力,针对50a、200a这2个重现期设计洪水,构建二维洪水演进模型,以现状地形为基础条件,对下垫面条件变化后产汇流情况进行分析,利用MIKE模型模拟洪水从上游河道经倒虹吸向下游演进的全过程,综合判定洪水对总干渠影响。结果表明:洪水串流后在总干渠左岸汇集,最终由各个交叉建筑物排向下游,不同重现期下,洪水流势流态一致;与设计洪水成果相比,外部环境的变化,增大了右岸泄洪能力;对比分析洪水位与堤顶高程关系,左、右岸堤防不存在洪水漫堤风险,总干渠在不同洪水重现期运行安全平稳。After ten years of water supply,South-to-North Water Transfers Project has been tested by many floods.The changes in the external environment have brought hidden dangers to the safe operation of the project.In order to check and review the flood discharge capacity of crossing buildings,a two-dimensional flood evolution model is built based on the flood design for the two recurrence periods of 50 years and 200 years.Based on the status and terrain as the basic conditions,the underwriting conditions are changed.Analysis of the situation,using the MIKE model to simulate the entire process of evolving floods from the upstream river channel through the upstream of the drainage siphon,and comprehensively determine the impact of floods on the general canal.The results showed that after the flood streaming,it was collected on the left bank of the general canal,which eventually disrupted from various cross-buildings to the downstream.In different reappearing periods,the flood trend was consistent;compared with the results of the design of the flood,the changes in the external environment increased and increased.The flood discharge capacity of the right bank.Comparative analysis and analysis of the high relationship between the flood level and the dyke top,the risk of floods on the left and right banks does not have the risk of floods.
