摘 要:南水北调中线一期工程建成以来发挥了社会、经济和生态环境效益,受水区高质量发展对于南水北调中线稳定、优质水源提出了更高的要求。为实现新形势下完备的南水北调中线水资源配置体系构建,研究立足“增源挖潜扩能”的中线后续总体思路,结合中线调蓄工程体系建设,以及数字孪生赋能运行调度管理等方面提出相关策略。Since the completion of the first phase of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project,the social,economic and ecological environmental benefits have been brought into play,and the high-quality development of the receiving area has put forward higher requirements for stable and high-quality water sources of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfers project.In order to realize the construction of a complete water resources allocation system for the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project under the new situation,based on the general idea of"increasing source,tapping potential and expanding capacity"for the Middle Route,the paper puts forward relevant strategies in combination with the construction of the Middle Route regulation and storage engineering system,as well as the digital twin enabling operation and scheduling management.
