摘  要:南水北调中线干线工程是全线无调蓄线性工程,采取节制闸梯级控制统一调度模式,目前节制闸多采用液压启闭机控制闸门开度,现有的液压启闭机养护调度方案,采取闸门逐孔全关,多孔闸门同步操作的策略,调度配合过程中容易引起闸前水位和过闸流量突变,不利于正常输水调度。为研究液压启闭机养护过程,并优化调度方案,根据中线工程丈八沟节制闸液压启闭机养护过程调度配合经验,对现有调度方案进行分析,针对3项问题分别提出优化调度策略。通过采取区分工况、调整闸门操作次序、异常数据屏蔽的方式,达到拓宽使用限制条件、保持过流稳定、降低水位波动、减少数据干扰的目标。分析成果对于保证南水北调中线的工程安全和供水安全具有重要意义。The Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfers Project is a linear project without regulation and storage along the entire line.It adopts a unified scheduling mode of cascade control of regulating gates.Currently,the regulating gates are mostly controlled by hydraulic opening and closing machines to control the gate opening.The existing maintenance and scheduling plan for hydraulic opening and closing machines adopts the strategy of fully closing each gate hole and synchronously operating multiple gates.During the scheduling coordination process,it is easy to cause sudden changes in the water level and flow rate in front of the gate,which is not conducive to normal water transmission scheduling.To study the maintenance process of hydraulic opening and closing machines and optimize the scheduling plan,based on the experience of coordinating the maintenance process of hydraulic opening and closing machines for the Zhangbagou control gate in the central line project,the existing scheduling plan was analyzed,and optimization scheduling strategies were proposed for three issues.By adopting methods such as distinguishing operating conditions,adjusting gate operation sequence,and shielding abnormal data,the goal of expanding usage restrictions,maintaining overcurrent stability,reducing water level fluctuations,and minimizing data interference can be achieved.The analysis results are of great significance for ensuring the safety of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfers Project and water supply safety.
