摘 要:南水北调中线总干渠方台段处于高地下水位区,面临水位上涨造成衬砌面板失稳风险。基于监测点位的渗压计和集水井水位数据,分析截渗工程措施的实施效果。结果表明:截渗工程措施后,单位降雨水位涨幅均值下降27.8%,截渗工程对强降雨后地下水位快速上涨有明显减缓作用;在降雨量、渠道内年均水位相近情况下,截渗工程前后同期地下水位降低约0.12m,高地下水压力有所改善;截渗墙外(上游)的渗压水位(UP-1)高于墙内(下游)的渗压水位(UP-2和UP-3),平均水位差达到0.7~0.9m,截渗工程实施显著地减轻了外水压力,有效阻拦外水压力和渗漏,对降低地下水位起到了积极作用。但目前地下水仍然持续保持较高水平,而依靠截渗工程,不能彻底消除衬砌板隆起破坏风险。对此有针对性地提出后续强排泵站参数设置建议,以期待为南水北调高地下水位段运行安全提供科学依据。The Fangtai section of the main canal of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project is located in a high groundwater level area,facing the risk of instability of the lining panel caused by rising water levels.Analyze the implementation effect of anti-seepage engineering measures based on monitoring points of osmometers and water level data of collection wells.The results indicate that:After implementing anti-seepage engineering measures,the average increase in unit rainfall water level decreased by 27.8%.The anti-seepage engineering has a significant slowing effect on the rapid rise of groundwater level after heavy rainfall;In the case of similar rainfall and annual average water level in the channel,the groundwater level decreased by about 0.12m before and after the interception project,and the groundwater pressure in the high ground improved;The seepage water level(UP-1)outside the impermeable wall(upstream)is higher than the seepage water level(UP-2 and UP-3)inside the wall(downstream),with an average water level difference of o.7~0.9 meters.The implementation of the impermeable project significantly reduces the external water pressure,effectively blocks external water pressure and leakage,and plays a positive role in lowering the groundwater level.But currently,groundwater levels continue to remain relatively high.Relying on anti-seepage engineering cannot completely eliminate the risk of lining plate uplift and damage.Provide targeted suggestions for setting parameters for subsequent forced discharge pump stations.To provide scientific basis for the safe operation of the high groundwater level section of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project.
