摘  要:混凝土工程受到建筑材料、施工质量、运维水平等因素影响,会出现局部裂缝、错台、渗水等病害现象,针对大型长距离引调水输水渡槽工程局部渗漏的情况,建立安全监测仪器内部观测、高精探测设备探测和渗漏监控平台监测的监控体系,并设计一种“橡胶板+聚脲复”合基新型止水结构,延长止水材料寿命,提高防渗能力。结果表明:渗漏监控体系运行高效、准确,新型止水结构施工快速方便,止水防渗效果良好,丰富了渡槽渗漏监控手段,提高了渡槽结构缝止水防渗水平,对同类工程起到一定的借鉴作用。Concrete engineering is affected by factors such as building materials,construction quality,and operation and maintenance level,which can lead to common problems such as local cracks,misalignment,and water seepage.In response to the local leakage situation of large-scale long-distance water diversion and transmission culvert projects,a monitoring system has been summarized and refined,including internal observation of safety monitoring instruments,manual detection by high-precision equipment,and external monitoring of leakage monitoring platforms.A new type of"rubber plate polyurea composite base"waterproof structure has been designed to extend the waterproof life and improve the anti-seepage ability.The results show that the leakage monitoring system operates efficiently and accurately,and the construction of the new water stop structure is fast and convenient.The water stop and anti-seepage effect is good,enriching the monitoring methods for culvert leakage and improving the water stop and anti-seepage level of culvert structure joints.It is hoped that this can serve as a reference for similar projects.
