摘 要:在大型堆石坝建设中,为降低工程造价需要就近取材或利用项目开挖料进行大坝填筑,但许多堆石坝项目往往面临工程开挖料质量较差的难题。随着堆石坝设计和施工水平的提高,有必要对项目附近一些条件略差的天然建筑材料或工程开挖料进行试验研究,以降低工程投资。以巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站为例,结合堆石坝设计和施工条件,重点针对软岩开挖料的施工可采性和水理性,系统研究软岩-较软岩用作心墙堆石坝时面临的主要工程问题。结果表明:项目开挖料具备较好的可采性,软岩料在进行合理分区设计后,在保证干湿条件变化较小的条件下,能满足工程需求,降低了工程造价,可为类似项目提供借鉴。In the construction of large rockfill dams,in order to reduce the project cost,it is necessary to use nearby materials or project excavation materials for dam flling,while many rockfil dams often face the problem of poor quality of engineering excavation materials.With the improvement of rockfill dam design and construction level,in order to reduce project investment,it is necessary to test and study some natural building materials or engineering excavation materials with poor conditions near the project,Based on the design and construction conditions of rockill dam in Karot hydropower station in Pakistan,the paper systematically studies the main engineering problems when using soft rock as core rockfll dam,focusing on the constructability and water property of soft rock excavation material.The research results show that the excavation material of the project has good mining property,and the soft rock material can meet the engineering demand and reduce the engineering cost under the condition that the dry and wet conditions change little after reasonable zoning design,which can provide reference for similar projects.
