食药同源物质在清咽止咳方面的应用与发展

摘　　要：目的:综述具有清咽、止咳、下火、化痰、润喉、生津功效的食药同源物质及其作用机制,为食药同源物质的功能食品研发及其健康产品的研究提供思路与有益的参考。方法:检索查阅文献古籍,从原卫生部公布的《按照传统既是食品又是中药材物质目录》中的102种中药材中归纳总结出具有清咽、止咳、下火、化痰、润喉、生津功效的食药同源物质,进而从止咳、祛痰、清咽等方面分析了食药同源物质在保护嗓子方面的应用与发展。结果:发现其发挥清咽止咳功效的活性成分主要为皂苷类、多糖类、挥发油类等物质。结论:食药同源物质在清咽止咳方面应用价值高,可发挥“食养”“食疗”作用。【Objective】To summarize the food and medicine homologous substances with the effects of clearing throat,relieving cough,lowering fire,resolving phlegm,moistening throat,and generating body fluid,and their action mechanisms,so as to provide ideas and useful references for the research and development of functional foods and health products made of food and medicine homologous substances.【Method】We searched and reviewed the literature and ancient books,and summarized the food and medicine homologous substances with the effects of clearing throat,relieving cough,lowering fire,resolving phlegm,moistening throat,and generating fluids from 102 Chinese herbs in the Catalogue of Substances Which Are Both Foods and Chinese Herbs According to Tradition published by the former Ministry of Health,and then we analyzed the application and development of the food and medicine homologous substances in the protection of throat in the aspects of relieving cough,expectorating phlegm,clearing throat,and so on.【Result】It was found that the active ingredients exerting throat-clearing and cough-relieving efficacy were mainly saponins,polysaccharides,volatile oils and other substances.【Conclusion】Food and drug homologous substances have high application value in clearing throat and relieving cough,and can play the role of“food nourishment”and“food therapy”.
