摘　　要：谢觉哉作为我国老一辈无产阶级革命家和人民诚挚的公仆,一生都在践行、传承和发扬中国共产党人的优良作风。其领导干部作风建设思想继承了马克思主义政党思想,滋养于中华优秀传统文化,深根于党的作风建设实践。就其基本内涵而言,可概括为要深入实际,注重调研;要牢记“官”从民来,应与民通;要好学深思,勿做“思想懒汉”;要鼓足干劲,善于统筹规划;要进行深刻的自我反省。系统总结谢觉哉的领导干部作风建设“五要”思想,对于推动新时期党的领导干部树立实事求是和求真务实的工作作风、坚守“以人民为中心”的价值立场、坚持善学善思、坚持把革命干劲和善于领导相结合以及树立深刻自我反省的优良作风等具有重要借鉴意义。As a sincere servant of the people and one of the proletarian revolutionary leaders of the early generation of new China,Xie Juezai has been practicing,inheriting and carrying forward the fine style of the Chinese Communists all his life.His thoughts on leading cadres’style construction inherits Marxist party thoughts,nourished by excellent traditional Chinese culture,and is deeply rooted in the practical experience of the Party’s style construction.In terms of its connotation,it can be summarized as the following:to go deep into reality and pay attention to research;we should bear in mind that“officials”come from the people and should communicate with the people;to learn to ponder,do not be lazy in thinking;be motivated and good at overall planning;to conduct a profound self-reflection.A systematic summary of Xie Juezai’s“five requirements”for the construction of the style of leading cadres is of great significance for promoting the Party’s leading cadres in the new era to establish a realistic and pragmatic work style,adhere to the“people-centered”value position,adhere to good learning and good thinking,adhere to the combination of revolutionary drive and good leadership,and establish a good style of deep self reflection.
