摘 要:目的 了解睢宁县医疗机构消毒质量现状,为院内感染防控提供依据。方法 2019—2023年随机采集睢宁县32家医疗机构的室内空气、使用中消毒液、医务人员手、环境物体表面、医疗器材、紫外线杀菌灯、消毒后内镜、医院污水等8类样品进行消毒质量监测,对样品合格率进行统计分析。结果 2019—2023年共监测1 852份样品,总合格率为95.41%,每年合格率分别为95.33%、96.39%、96.05%、92.33%、97.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.284,P=0.010);使用中消毒液和紫外线杀菌灯合格率最高,均为100.00%,室内空气、消毒后内镜、医院污水及医疗器材合格率分别为86.10%、87.50%、87.34%、88.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=127.877,P<0.001);一级、二级、三级医疗机构总合格率分别为94.62%、95.56%、97.35%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.999,P=0.050)。结论 睢宁县医疗机构消毒合格率整体较高,但室内空气、医院污水、消毒后内镜及医疗器材的消毒合格率略低,今后要加强监督管理,稳步提升消毒质量。Objective This study determined the current disinfection quality status at medical institutions in Suining County,to provide a basis for the prevention and control of infection.Methods From 2019 to 2023,eight types of samples were randomly collected from 32 medical institutions in Suining County for disinfection quality testing,including indoor air,disinfectants in use,hands of medical staff,environmental surfaces,medical equipment,ultraviolet sterilization lamps,sterilized endoscopes,and hospital sewage.The sample qualification rates were statistically analyzed.Results From 2019 to 2023,a total of 1852 samples were tested.The total pass rate was 95.41%,and the annual pass rates were 95.33%,96.39%,96.05%,92.33%,and 97.07%from 2019 to 2023,respectively;statistically significant differences were observed(χ^(2)=13.284,P=0.010).The highest qualification rates were observed for disinfectant and ultraviolet sterilization lamps in use,both at 100.00%.The pass rates for indoor air,sterilized endoscopes,hospital sewage,and medical equipment were 86.10%,87.50%,87.34%,and 88.71%,respectively,and showed statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=127.877,P<0.001).Total qualification rates of first,second,and third level medical institutions were 94.62%,95.56%,and 97.35%,respectively,and showed no statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.999,P=0.050).Conclusions The disinfection pass rates of medical institutions in Suining County were relatively high,but the disinfection qualification rates for indoor air,hospital sewage,sterilized endoscopes,and medical equipment were relatively poor.Therefore,supervision and management must be strengthened in the future,to improve the quality of disinfection.
