基于麦肯锡7S模型的三级医院科研管理对策分析

摘　　要：目前中国三级医院科研管理存在诸多问题,如医院领导重视不够、组织结构不完善,科研管理人员缺乏专业性、主动服务意识差,医务人员科研认识不足、学术氛围差、积极性不足,学术委员会委员“老好人作风”,学术委员会缺乏翔实规范的评审准则,科研管理制度不健全或更新不及时等。本研究根据麦肯锡7S理念,提出了从战略、结构、制度、风格、人员、技能、共同价值观等7个方面全方位改善的科研管理方案,期望为三级医院的科研管理工作提供一定借鉴。Scientific research management at tertiary hospitals in China poses challenges such as insufficient attention from hospital leaders,incomplete organizational structure,lack of professionalism among scientific research management personnel,poor proactive service awareness,insufficient scientific research awareness among medical staff,a poor academic atmosphere,lack of enthusiasm,sycophancy among academic committee members,lack of detailed and standardized evaluation criteria,and incomplete or untimely updates of scientific research management systems.This study proposes a comprehensive research management plan based on the Mckinsey 7S concept,which includes seven aspects:strategy,structure,system,style,staff,skills,and shared values.The study aim was to provide a reference for scientific research management at tertiary hospitals.
