小城镇旅游产业与城镇空间耦合协调发展关系研究——以安徽六安天堂寨镇为例

摘　　要：针对小城镇旅游产业与城镇空间耦合协调发展关系,以安徽六安天堂寨镇为例构建小城镇旅游产业与城镇空间耦合协调发展评价体系,建立综合水平评价-耦合协调评价模型,以此定量分析小城镇旅游产业与城镇空间耦合协调发展特征。结果显示:旅游产业系统与城镇空间系统交互制约了小城镇的可持续发展,任何一方子系统的滞后发展,都会对系统整体的耦合协调发展关系造成显著影响;外部环境因素会通过影响子系统内部的各项指标,使得子系统本身发展水平下降,进而引发小城镇旅游产业与城镇空间耦合度和耦合协调度的降低;小城镇旅游产业与城镇空间的互动对城镇发展至关重要,和谐与平衡的互动能够促进可持续繁荣,不协调的互动则可能引发资源配置问题,阻碍小城镇的发展。基于此,为促进小城镇形成协调的旅游产业与城镇空间耦合发展关系提出相应的对策建议。Aiming at the coupling and coordination relationship between small town tourism industry and urban spatial system,this paper takes Tiantangzhai Town in Anhui Province as a case study and establishes an evaluation framework for the coordinated development of tourism industry and urban space in small towns.A comprehensive evaluation-coupling and coordination model is developed to quantitatively assess the characteristics of their coupled and coordinated development.The findings indicate that the interaction between the tourism industry system and the urban spatial system mutually restricts the sustainable development of small towns.Any lag in the development of a subsystem significantly impacts the overall coupling and coordination relationship of the system.External environmental factors,by influencing various indicators within the subsystems,can lead to a decline in the development level of the subsystems themselves,thereby reducing the coupling degree and coordination degree between the tourism industry and urban space systems in small towns.Moreover,the interaction between the tourism industry and the urban space is crucial for the sustainable development of small towns.A harmonious and balanced interaction can promote a sustainable prosperity,yet an inharmonious one may lead to the issue of resources allocation and thus hinder the development of small towns.Consequently,this study proposes corresponding strategies and suggestions to promote a harmonious coupling relationship between the tourism industry and urban space in small towns.
