摘 要:针对冲击载荷会造成高速深沟球轴承的载荷分布不稳定,导致沟道磨损以及保持架断裂等问题,以某装备用6215E型高速重载深沟球轴承为研究对象,建立了冲击载荷下的轴承动力学模型,并分析了冲击载荷对套圈接触应力、球与保持架碰撞力以及铆钉应力的影响,结果表明:有冲击载荷时的套圈最大接触应力比无冲击载荷时显著增大,单一轴向冲击载荷的套圈最大接触应力低于单一径向冲击载荷,联合冲击载荷下的套圈最大接触应力与仅受单一径向冲击载荷时基本一致;有冲击载荷时的保持架最大碰撞力比无冲击载荷时增大,且轴向冲击载荷变大,会引起球与保持架最大碰撞力突变;当铆钉预紧力为30 N时,铆钉的应力及保持架变形最适宜。In response to the problem of unstable load distribution of high speed deep groove ball bearings caused by impact load,resulting in raceway wear and cage fracture,taking 6 215 E high speed and heavy load deep groove ball bearings for an equipment as research objects,a dynamic model is established under impact load.The influence of impact load on contact stress of rings,collision force between balls and cages,and stress of rivet is analyzed.The results show that the maximum contact stress of rings with impact load is significantly higher than that without impact load,the maximum contact stress of rings with single axial impact load is lower than that with single radial impact load,and the maximum contact stress of rings under combined impact load is basically the same as that under single radial impact load;the maximum collision force of cages with impact load is higher than that without impact load,and the increase in axial impact load can cause a sudden change in maximum collision force between balls and cages;when the preload of rivet is 30 N,the stress of rivet and deformation of cages are most suitable.
