摘 要:针对CA型调心滚子轴承装滚子缺口深度的现行设计方法不适用的问题,提出了一种装滚子缺口深度的新型计算方法:建立了滚子球面与内圈滚道原始最大间隙、保持架径向窜动量、滚子在保持架兜孔内的最大径向位移、滚子倾覆高度的计算方程,进而计算缺口深度;给出了考虑工程偏差情况下缺口极限值对应的轴承各参数的最大、最小值,选取3套不同宽度系列的轴承对其装滚子缺口深度进行计算,并与现行设计方法进行对比。结果表明现行算法下装滚子缺口深度值均偏大且滚子易发生掉落,新算法下的轴承参数设计更为合理,亦可用于无缺口挡边直径的计算。A new calculation method for depth of roller filling slot in CA type spherical roller bearings is proposed to address the issue of current design method not being applicable.The calculation equations are established for original maximum clearance between roller sphere and inner ring raceway,radial movement value of cage,radial displacement of roller inside cage pocket and overturning height of roller,then the calculation values are obtained for depth of slot.Considering the engineering deviation,the maximum and minimum values of bearing parameters corresponding to limit values of slot are given.Three bearings with different width series are selected to calculate the depth of roller filling slot,and the results are compared with calculation results by current design method,verifying that the depth values of roller filling slot under current algorithm are all too large and the roller is prone to drop.The new algorithm will make the design of bearing parameters more reasonable,and can also be used for calculating the diameter of rib without slot.
