摘  要:为对比国内外铜合金轴瓦材料性能的差异,研究了国内外铜合金轴瓦材料的微观组织形貌、显微硬度、结合强度以及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:国外Cu-Pb-Sn合金轴瓦材料的微观组织呈典型的铸态组织特征,国内Cu-Pb-Sn合金轴瓦材料的微观组织为典型的粉末冶金组织;国外Cu-Pb-Sn合金轴瓦材料的合金层硬度及抗磨损性能优于国内Cu-Pb-Sn合金轴瓦材料;国内Cu-Pb-Sn合金轴瓦材料合金层和基体的结合强度与国外Cu-Pb-Sn合金轴瓦材料相近。In order to compare the performance differences between domestic and foreign copper alloy bearing bush materials,the microstructure morphology,microhardness,bonding strength,friction and wear performance of the materials are studied.The results show that the microstructure of foreign Cu-Pb-Sn alloy bearing bush materials exhibits typical as-cast microstructure characteristics,while that of domestic Cu-Pb-Sn alloy bearing bush materials shows typical powder metallurgy microstructure;the hardness and wear resistance of alloy layer of foreign materials are better than those of domestic materials;the bonding strength between alloy layer and matrix of domestic materials is similar to that of foreign materials.
