摘  要:微型圆柱滚子在加工及装配过程中由于材质不均匀,形状不对称等因素,不可避免地产生微小的动不平衡量,而现有微动不平衡量检测装置存在检测困难,容易损伤圆柱滚子表面等问题。设计了一种基于射流驱动的圆柱滚子微动不平衡量无损检测装置,构建了检测装置的动力学模型,通过力学分析得出检测装置在理论上具有可行性,搭建了圆柱滚子微动不平衡量无损检测试验平台进行试验验证,结果表明,检测装置能够清晰地提取出圆柱滚子的微动不平衡量信号,且不会损伤圆柱滚子表面。Due to factors such as homogeneous material and asymmetrical shape,the micro dynamic unbalance is unavoidable during process of machining and assembly of miniature cylindrical rollers.However,the existing detection device for micro dynamic unbalance has the problems of difficult detection and easy damage to surface of cylindrical rollers.A non-destructive detection device for micro dynamic unbalance of the rollers driven by jet flow is designed,and the dynamic model of the device is established.The device is theoretically feasible through mechanical analysis.A test platform for non-destructive detection of micro dynamic unbalance of the rollers is built for verification.The results show that the device can clearly extract the signals of micro dynamic unbalance without damaging the surface of the rollers.
