摘　　要：轴承内径尺寸一般采用D92系列轴承专用测量仪进行比较测量,测量成本随轴承型号的增加而增大。根据D92系列轴承专用测量仪的测量原理,研究标准件尺寸与被测件公称内径不一致时两者差值与测量偏差之间的关系,建立标准件的选用原则并通过试验验证选用原则的有效性和稳定性。为轴承生产厂家提供量具选用依据,提高工作效率并降低量具制造成本。The bearing bore diameter sizes are generally measured by D92-series bearing measuring instrument,and the measurement cost increases with the increase of bearing models.According to measuring principle of the instrument,the relationship between difference between sizes of standard parts and nominal bore diameters of measured parts and measurement deviation is studied when they are not consistent.The selection principle of standard parts is established,and the validity and stability of selection principle are verified by experiments.It provides the basis for selection of measuring tools for bearing manufacturers,improves the work efficiency and reduces the manufacturing cost of measuring tools.
