摘  要:针对电机轴承装配过程中预紧力较难准确控制,不能满足设计要求而引起电动机参数异常的问题,分析了预紧力的作用以及对轴承性能的影响,阐述了轴承预紧力在装配控制中存在的问题。利用薄膜压力传感器系统和高精度扭矩系统设计了一种能够直接测量轴承预紧力的方法,根据薄膜压力传感器输出电阻值与轴承预紧力的对应关系,利用高精度扭矩系统使电动机上施加的轴承预紧力满足设计要求,从而提升电动机的性能,使电动机合格率由65%提升至95%。In view of the problem that the preload is difficult to control accurately during assembly of motor bearings,which can not meet the design requirements and lead to abnormal parameters of motor,the effect of preload and its influence on performances of the bearings are analyzed,and the problems existing in assembly control of bearing preload are expounded.Using a thin film pressure sensor system and a high precision torque system,a method is designed to directly measure the bearing preload,according to correspondence between output resistance value of thin film pressure sensor and bearing preload,the high precision torque system is used to ensure that the bearing preload applied on motor meets the design requirements,thereby improving the performances of motor and increasing the qualification rate of motor from 65% to 95%.
