摘　　要：阿片类药物相关性便秘是癌症疼痛治疗中的典型并发症,文章通过追溯“以轻去实”理论源流,基于“以轻去实”基本义理,提出气机阻滞、热毒内蕴是阿片类药物相关性便秘的核心病机,并探讨“以轻去实”法治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘的有效性,探寻该理论蕴含的中医特色,以期为临床治疗本病提供新的思路与方法。Opioid-induced constipation(OIC)is a typical complication in the treatment of cancer pain.Based on the origin of“removing the excess with lightness”and the principle of“removing the excess with lightness”,this article proposed that qi blockade and heat toxicity are the core pathogenesis of OIC.It explored the effectiveness of the“removing the excess with lightness”method in treating OIC,seeking the unique characteristics of TCM inherent in the theory,aiming to offer new insights and approaches for the clinical treatment of this disease.
