宽域空隙率下沥青混合料动水冲刷性能

摘  要:为了对比不同空隙率对沥青混合料抗冲刷性能的影响,利用自研动水冲刷装置,对9%、11%、13%、15%、17%、19%空隙率的沥青混合料进行了冲刷试验。冲刷过程中实时测试了沥青混合料试件顶面和底部的水压力,并比较了冲刷前后混合料的飞散损失率、单轴贯入强度、冻融劈裂强度和马歇尔稳定度。试验结果表明,随着空隙率的增大,沥青混合料的飞散损失率、单轴贯入强度、冻融劈裂强度和马歇尔稳定度均变差;空隙率≥17%的沥青混合料试件顶面和底部的水压力曲线重合,15%空隙率的沥青混合料试件经冲刷后水压力曲线也可重合,9%~13%空隙率的沥青混合料试件顶面和底部则存在水压力差;冲刷导致沥青混合料的飞散损失率、单轴贯入强度、冻融劈裂强度和马歇尔稳定度进一步劣化,劣化程度随沥青混合料空隙率的增加先增大后减小。由此可见,13%~15%空隙率是沥青混合料抗冲刷性能的拐点,应该尽量避免或者对沥青混合料进行强化设计。In order to compare the impact of void rate on the anti-scouring performance of asphalt mixtures,a self-developed dynamic water scour device was used to conduct scouring tests on asphalt mixtures with 9%,11%,13%,15%,17%,and 19%void rates.During the scouring process,the water pressure on the top and bottom of the specimens was tested in real-time.The four performance indicators of asphalt mixture before and after scouring were compared,including anti-scattering loss,high-temperature penetration strength,freeze-thaw splitting strength,and Marshall stability.The test results indicate that anti-scattering loss,high-temperature penetration strength,freeze-thaw splitting strength,and Marshall stability degrade as the void rate increases.The water pressure curves of the top and bottom of asphalt mixture specimen coincide when specimen’s void rate is greater than or equal to 17%,or 15%void rate specimen is scoured.There is difference between the top water pressure and bottom water pressure when specimens void rate lies from 9%-13%.The scour leads to further deteriorations of anti-scattering loss,high-temperature penetration strength,freeze-thaw splitting strength,and Marshall stability,and the deterioration degree first increases and then decreases with the increase of void rate.From these,it can be recommended that the void rate of 13%-15%is the turning point of the anti-scouring performance of asphalt mixtures,and can be avoided or specially designed on its material composition.
