摘  要:为了实现高空壁面金属构件的自动化无损检测,设计了一套搭载磁检测装置的爬壁机器人系统。采用负压吸附技术提高了机器人对不同材质表面的适应性;控制系统配备了软件开发工具包接口,允许开发者根据特定应用场景进行二次开发。系统性能测试结果表明,该爬壁机器人系统操作流程顺畅,各项功能完备,能够满足高空壁面无损检测的需求。To realize the automatic non-destructive testing of high-altitude wall metal components,a wall-climbing robot system equipped with a magnetic detection device is designed.The negative pressure adsorption technology is adopted to improve the adaptability of the robot to the surfaces of different materials.The control system is equipped with a software development kit interface,allowing developers to conduct secondary development according to specific application scenarios.The test results of system performance show that the wall-climbing robot system has a smooth operation process and complete functions,and can meet the needs of non-destructive testing of high-altitude walls.
