摘 要:选用具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)效应的典型分子四苯乙烯醛(TPA)和壳聚糖(CS)为原料,利用醛基和氨基发生缩合反应生成亚胺键制备AIE材料。利用红外光谱、荧光光谱对AIE材料结构和性能进行表征;亚胺键的“动态可逆”对AIE材料酸碱响应进行探究。该实验操作过程简单、AIE效应明显、动态响应速度快,有助于学生理解有机反应机理和响应性能、掌握仪器表征和数据处理方法、培养开展全过程科学研究的能力。该综合实验将有机化学、高分子化学、超分子化学和仪器分析等学科知识集合于一体,内容丰富,难度适中,适合化学及相关专业本科阶段开展。Tetraphenyl aldehyde(TPA)with aggregation-induced luminescence(AIE)effect and chitosan(CS)are selected as raw materials.The AIE materials are prepared by the condensation reaction of aldehyde group and amino group forming imine bond.The structure and property of the materials are characterized by infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The fluorescent acid-base responsiveness of the AIE materials is investigated owing to“dynamic reversibility”of imine bond.This experiment is featured for simple operation process,obvious AIE effect and rapid dynamic response performance.It is helpful for students to understand the organic reaction mechanism,instrument characterization,data processing.Basing on the frontiers of AIE science understanding,students can be inspired with powerful nation of science and technology enthusiasm.It covers organic chemistry,polymer chemistry,supramolecular chemistry and instrumental analysis.It is suitable for undergraduates majoring in chemistry and related fields owing to rich content and moderate difficulty.
