摘  要:为满足高精度实验室和生产的隔振要求,分析了高精度光学实验室多种可能的振动来源,并针对不同振源的特点提出了相应的振动治理方案。通过采用不同的减振方案,一方面可对外界如地铁、行车、机组等强烈振动源实现高效衰减,最大衰减可达60 dB;另一方面也可以大幅削弱实验室内部不可避免的机械、声音等振动,治理后的核心实验区域振动截止频率可以低于1 Hz,综合隔振效果优于国家对精密实验室的隔振要求。该分类分级的治理方案为高精度实验室振动的控制提供切实可行的解决方案,提高高精度实验室运行水平。This article analyzes in detail the various possible sources of vibration in high-precision laboratories and proposes corresponding vibration isolation solutions based on the characteristics of different vibration sources.The actual test of the vibration reduction effect shows that by adopting different vibration isolation schemes,it can achieve efficient attenuation of strong external vibration sources such as subways,trains,and units,with a maximum attenuation of up to 60 dB.Furthermore,it can also significantly weaken the inevitable mechanical and acoustic vibrations within the laboratory.After treatment,the vibration cutoff frequency of the core experimental area after treatment can be below than 1 Hz,and the comprehensive vibration isolation level can be superior to VC-F.This classified and graded governance solution may provide a practical solution for the control of vibration in high-precision laboratories,and improves the operational level of air purified optical laboratories.
