摘 要:谦比希铜冶炼有限公司生产阳极板含砷15~35 ppm,阳极板在电解生产时,出现阳极钝化,电解槽内漂浮阳极泥多,液位线粒子,板面粒子。导致电解槽电流低,造成阴极板外形鼓包、化学品质不达标等质量问题。结合该公司阳极炉生产,通过热力学模拟计算,分析研究了砷在铜火法精炼工序中的分布,得出了含砷物料添加的过程控制及参数,满足了客户对阳极铜产品质量的要求。Anode ingot plates produced by Chambishi Copper Smelting Co.,Ltd.contain 15~35 ppm of arsenic.During anode copper electrorefining process,anode passivation occurs,and there are many floating anode mud,liquid level line particles,and plate particles are floating in the electrolytic cells,resulting in low current in the electrolytic cell,causing quality issues such as bulging of the cathode plate and substandard chemical quality.Compared with the anode furnace production of Chambishi Copper Smelting Co.,Ltd.,through thermodynamic simulation calculations,the distribution of arsenic in the copper fire refining process was analyzed and studied.The process control parameters for the addition of arsenic-copper alloy were obtained which satisfied the customer's quality requirements of anode copper product.
