摘　　要：双底吹连续炼铜工艺是我国自主研发、具有完全自主知识产权的一种新的炼铜技术,是我国铜工业发展的前沿技术之一。重点介绍了国内第一套双底吹连续炼铜系统投产以来,各项生产工艺技术指标的运行情况,针对该系统运行过程中出现的锅炉爆管频发、结焦严重、包底铜和渣含铜、冷态环保开炉等制约生产的问题,该单位通过持续不断的优化改造之后,目前国内第一套双底吹连续炼铜系统,设备运行稳定、生产过程顺畅、经济技术指标良好。The double bottom blowing continuous copper smelting process is a new copper smelting technology independently developed and with completely independent intellectual property rights in China.It is one of the cutting-edge technologies in the development of China's copper industry.This article focuses on the operation of various production process technical indicators since the first domestic double bottom blowing continuous copper smelting system was put into operation.In response to the problems that have occurred during the operation of the system,such as frequent boiler tube explosions,severe coking,copper content in the bottom copper and slag,and cold environmental protection furnace opening,the unit has continuously optimized and transformed.Currently,the first domestic double bottom blowing continuous copper smelting system has stable equipment operation,smooth production process,and good economic and technical indicators.
