摘 要:随着新兴电子行业和空间引力波探测需求,更加关注高纯钼金属的磁化率。研究了两种高纯钼粉的磁化率。利用GDMS分析了钼粉纯度,XRD和XPS分析了钼粉物相结构,SQUID测试钼粉磁化率,初步探讨了磁化率影响因素。研究发现钼粉纯度达到99.98%以上,其中磁性元素总体含量低于50ppm,钼粉质量磁化率均达到10^(-6)量级。With the emerging electronic industry and the demand for space gravitational wave detection,more attention is paid to the magnetic susceptibility of high-purity molybdenum metal.This paper studies the magnetic susceptibility of two kinds of high-purity molybdenum powders.The purity of molybdenum powders is analyzed by GDMS.The phase structure of molybdenum powders is analyzed by XRD and XPS.The magnetic susceptibility of molybdenum powders is tested by SQUID,and the influence mechanism of magnetic susceptibility is preliminarily analyzed.It is found that the purity of molybdenum powders reaches more than 99.98%.The total content of magnetic elements is less than 50 ppm,and the mass magnetic susceptibility of molybdenum powders reaches the order of 10^(-6).
