摘　　要：富氧顶吹奥斯麦特炉的喷枪使用寿命一般在8~12 d,喷枪使用时间的长短直接影响熔炼炉的开动率和年产量。所以,提高喷枪使用时间是提高铜冶炼经济效益和降低劳动强度的有效途径。通过对熔池熔炼条件的分析研究,总结了一些最佳工况条件,且生产实践已经证明,可有效地将喷枪平均使用寿命提高至18~25d。The service life of the spray gun of the oxygen-rich top-blown Osmet furnace is generally 8~12 days,and the length of the use time of the spray gun directly affects the operation rate and annual output of the melting furnace.Therefore,increasing the use time of spray gun is an effective way to improve the economic benefits of copper smelting and reduce labor intensity.Some optimum working conditions are summarized by analyzing the melting conditions of molten pool,and the production practice has proved that the average service life of spray gun can be effectively increased to 18~25 days.
