摘  要:矿用风机工作时产生噪音的主要来源为设备内气流冲击、气流旋涡、机械设备自身振动、部件之间摩擦、电机电磁脉冲等,当噪音超过一定值时,将对周围环境造成噪音污染,严重影响人们工作生活。以塞尔维亚TIMOK铜金矿实际情况为例,通过噪音来源分析,提出相关降噪措施,最终将风机出口噪音值由120.6 dB降至70.5 dB,将风机四周噪音值由102.6 dB降至80.1 dB,取得了良好的效果。The main sources of noise generated by mining fans during operation include air flow impact,air flow vortices,mechanical vibration of the equipment itself,friction between components,and electromagnetic pulses from the motor.When the noise exceeds a certain value,it will cause noise pollution to the surrounding environment and seriously affect people's work and life.Taking the actual situation of the TIMOK copper-gold mine in Serbia as an example,through the analysis of noise sources,relevant noise reduction measures were proposed.Eventually,the noise value at the fan outlet was reduced from 120.6 dB to 70.5 dB,and the noise value around the fan was reduced from 102.6 dB to 80.1 dB,achieving good results.
