摘　　要：分析了某公司锌二次资源回收回转窑生产工艺中存在的运行时间短、窑身变形、沉降仓漏水、余热锅炉堵塞、脱硫系统吸收效果差等工艺、设备问题,导致回转窑生产系统处理量低,经济技术指标差,脱硫时有超标现象。通过对回转窑筒体进行更换和调校、改造沉降仓、改造余热锅炉内部结构、改造脱硫循环泵和喷淋系统等工艺设备优化,加强操作培训等辅助措施,稳定生产操作,解决了回转窑运行时间短、技术指标差和脱硫效果差的问题。The process and equipment problems in the production process of a zinc secondary resource recovery rotary kiln in a certain company are analyzed,including short operating time,kiln deformation,settlement silo leakage,waste heat boiler blockage,and poor absorption effect of the desulfurization system.These problems have led to low processing capacity,poor economic and technical indicators,and exceeding the standard during desulfurization in the rotary kiln production system.By replacing and adjusting the cylinder of the rotary kiln,renovating the settling chamber,renovating the internal structure of the waste heat boiler,optimizing the process equipment such as the desulfurization circulation pump and spray system,strengthening operational training,and other auxiliary measures,stable production operations have been achieved,and the problems of short operation time,poor technical indicators,and poor desulfurization effect of the rotary kiln have been solved.
