摘  要:本研究旨在开发一种简便、灵敏且经济的金测定技术,以满足环境监测和资源勘查等领域对痕量金分析的需求。实验部分详细探讨了树脂的合成、表征以及对金的吸附性能。通过优化实验条件,如树脂用量、吸附时间、溶液pH等,实现了对水样中痕量金的有效富集。比色测定部分,研究了金-亚硝酸钠反应体系,确定了最佳显色条件,包括显色剂浓度、反应时间、温度等,确保了对富集后的金具有高灵敏度和重现性的比色测定。实验结果与分析展示了不同浓度金标准溶液的吸附富集效果和比色测定结果,证实了该方法的线性范围宽、检出限低(低于0.01ppb)且精密度良好。此外,对实际水样进行分析,验证了该方法在实际样品中的适用性,结果与原子吸收光谱法对比,吻合度高,表明了方法的准确性和可靠性。该方法克服了传统富集方法的复杂性和高成本,通过结合树脂吸附和比色测定,实现了痕量金的快速、简便分析。This study aims to develop a simple,sensitive,and economical gold determination technique to meet the needs of trace gold analysis in fields such as environmental monitoring and resource exploration.The experimental section delves into the synthesis,characterization,and adsorption properties of the resin towards gold.By optimizing parameters such as resin quantity,adsorption duration,and solution pH,the method achieves effective enrichment of trace gold in aquatic samples.In the colorimetric determination section,the gold-sodium nitrite reaction system is studied to ascertain optimal color development conditions,encompassing reagent concentration,reaction time,and temperature,ensuring high sensitivity and reproducibility in colorimetric detection of enriched gold.The results and analysis chapter features the adsorption enriching performance and colorimetric outcomes of gold solutions at various concentrations,corroborating the method's broad linear range,low detection limit(below 0.01 ppb),and satisfactory precision.Furthermore,the analysis of actual water samples verifi es the method's applicability in real specimens,with high consistency observed when compared to atomic absorption spectrometry,highlighting its accuracy and reliability.In conclusion,the proposed method surmounts the complexities and high costs associated with conventional enrichment techniques by amalgamating resin adsorption and colorimetric detection,facilitating swift and straightforward analysis of trace gold.
