摘 要:干挂石材幕墙因其体量大、造型复杂和工艺要求严格等因素,增加了建筑工程的施工难度。为保障施工质量并提高工程管控效果,特引入BIM技术用以模拟施工过程、辅助技术交底,并指导干挂石材幕墙的安装施工。应用研究表明,BIM技术能够优化施工方案,提高施工效率,通过精准统计工程量可促进材料管理。此外,碰撞检测能够降低返工情况的出现,三维可视化模型有助于推动沟通协作,增强精细化管控成效,并为同类工程施工提供参考价值。Dry-hanging stone curtain wall has increased the construction difficulty of the building project due to its large volume,complex modelling and strict technological requirements.In order to guarantee the construction quality and improve the effect of project control,BIM technology is introduced to simulate the construction process,assist the technical briefing,and guide the installation of dry hanging stone curtain wall construction.Applied research shows that BIM technology can optimise the construction plan,improve the construction efficiency,and promote the material management through accurate statistics.In addition,collision detection can reduce the occurrence of rework,and the 3D visualisation model can help to promote communication and collaboration,enhance the effectiveness of fine control,and provide reference value for the construction of similar projects.
