To ensure the timely achievement of the carbon peak target in Guangzhou before 2030,based on the"Implementation Guidelines for Energy Saving Renovation of Existing Buildings in Guangzhou under the Urban Renewal Action Goals",studies the energy consumption characteristics and carbon reduction potential of existing commercial buildings in Guangzhou, and based on the preliminary research of Guangzhou's carbon peak action plan in the construction field, aims to achieve the carbon peak target before 2030.Under the moderate target, the cumulative area of energy-saving renovation of existing buildings should reach 10 million square meters by 2030.In order to make the low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of buildings more targeted and maximize the energy-saving and carbon reduction effects of this work, this article studies the energy consumption characteristics and carbon reduction potential of existing commercial buildings in Guangzhou, and provides key recommended technologies suitable for commercial buildings based on actual cases of existing commercial building renovation.Propose specific low-carbon and energy-saving transformation technologies from the aspects of direct carbon reduction and carbon reduction effects of key recommended technologies.
