摘  要:生活水泵房是建筑项目中重要的机房,而BIM技术在工程项目中广度和深度的增加,可贯穿生活水泵房的全周期应用,包括设计阶段、深化设计阶段、施工阶段以及运维阶段,让项目提质增效。文章通过广州某医院项目为实例,对项目生活水泵房进行三维建模,并以三维模型为基础,设计阶段进行泵房空间优化,深化设计阶段进行管线排布及装配式优化,施工阶段实现自动模块化加工以及运维阶段利用运维平台对生活水泵房进行日常的运行维护管理,大大降低生活水泵房建造过程中的返工及成本投入,提高建造质量,保证日常泵房设备的正常运行监控。Domestic water pump room is an important computer room in construction projects,and the increase of BIM technology in the breadth and depth of engineering projects can run through the full cycle application of domestic water pump room,including the design stage,the deepening design stage,the construction stage and the operation and maintenance stage,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the project.A hospital in Guangzhou City was taken as an example,and three-dimensional modeling was carried out for the domestic water pump house of the project.Based on the three-dimensional model,the pump room space was optimized in the design stage,the pipeline layout and assembly type were optimized in the deepening design stage,automatic modular processing was realized in the construction stage,and the operation and maintenance platform was used for daily operation and maintenance management of the living water pump house in the operation and maintenance stage.Greatly reduce the rework and cost input during the construction of domestic water pump house,improve the construction quality,and ensure the normal operation and monitoring of daily pump house equipment.
