蚝壳粉固化高液限粘性土的性能及影响因素研究

摘  要:为降低建筑业碳排放,提高废弃高塑限粘性土利用率,提出在粘性土中加入蚝壳粉制作成蚝壳粉混合土,改变粘性土的物理状态,提高渗透系数,满足作为路基填方要求。因此,配制了粉土比为3∶7、5∶5、7∶3的0.075 mm、0.25 mm和0.5 mm蚝壳粉混合土,研究其物理特性和渗透性能,结果表明:掺入蚝壳粉后,粉土比越大,混合土的比重越小,含水率越小,吸水率越高;蚝壳粉粒径越小,混合土的比重越大,含水率越大,吸水率越高,混合土的吸水率超过25%~40%,约为素土的1.8~2.6倍;素土的渗透系数比蚝壳粉的渗透系数要小3个数量级,当蚝壳粉与素土的比例为7∶3时,渗透系数最大,都能达到10-4量级,比素土高两个数量级。In order to reduce carbon emissions from the construction industry and improve the utilization rate of waste high plastic limit cohesive soils,proposes to add oyster shell powder into cohesive soils to make oyster shell powder mixed soils,which can change the physical state of cohesive soils and improve the permeability coefficient to meet the requirements as roadbed fill.Therefore,0.075 mm,0.25 mm and 0.5 mm oyster shell powder mixed soil with powder-soil ratio of 3∶7,5∶5 and 7∶3 were prepared to study its physical properties and permeability performance,and the results showed that:after mixing oyster shell powder,the larger the powder-soil ratio is,the smaller the specific gravity of the mixed soil is,the smaller the water content is,the higher the water absorption rate;the smaller the particle size of the oyster shell powder is,the greater the specific gravity of the mixed soil is,the larger the water content is,the higher the water absorption rate is.The water absorption rate of mixed soil is more than 25%~40%,which is about 1.8~2.6 times of that of plain soil;the permeability coefficient of plain soil is three orders of magnitude smaller than that of oyster shell powder,and the permeability coefficient is the largest when the ratio of oyster shell powder to plain soil is 7∶3,which can all reach 10-4 orders of magnitude,two orders of magnitude higher than that of plain soil.
