摘 要:深基坑临边起重吊装大型构件危险系数高,安全控制难度大。为确保临边吊装作业过程的安全可控,需要对工程施工各环节的技术要点进行充分的分析和研究。以广州市某工程抗拔桩承载力检测试验装置吊装施工为例,选用汽车吊方案并优化了吊车支腿布位;作业前使用结构力学方法简化计算两种最不利荷载工况,分别简化为静定、一次超静定悬臂梁模型;验算基坑立柱桩承载力,采用计算软件验算格构柱强度和压弯稳定性;吊装过程对重要和关键部位进行实时安全监控,同时做好现场巡查工作,保障吊装施工安全,对类似工程的安全控制具有一定的参考意义。The risk factor of lifting and hoisting operations near the edge of deep foundation pits is high,and safety control is difficult.Takes the lifting construction of the anti pull pile bearing capacity testing device for a certain project in Guangzhou as an example,selects the truck crane scheme and optimizes the layout of the crane legs;Simplify the calculation of the two most unfavorable load conditions using structural mechanics methods before homework,and simplify them into statically indeterminate and once over statically indeterminate cantilever beam models;Verify the bearing capacity of foundation pit columns and piles,and use the'Lizheng'structural calculation software to verify the strength and compression stability of lattice columns;Real time monitoring of the vertical displacement of the foundation pit support columns,the vertical and horizontal displacement of the crown beam top,and the axial force of the internal support during the lifting process,as well as on-site inspection work,ensured the safety of the lifting construction through a series of safety technical measures.
