锤击桩施工收锤贯入度控制标准的动态修正方法研究

摘  要:针对目前锤击桩施工收锤实践中习惯采用贯入度和桩长双控的方式确定收锤标准所存在的“收不了锤”和“打不下去”的问题,通过对大量工程实例单桩承载力计算值和实测值相关性的分析研究,指出当实际桩长与设计预计桩长出现偏差时,收锤贯入度控制标准应作相应的动态修正,修正方法可按式e=(R_(a)^(j)/R_(a))^(3)e_(0)进行。特殊情况下,当R_(a)^(j)>1.5R_(a)但实测贯入度仍不满足修正公式的计算结果时,宜采用以桩尖标高控制、补充勘察或现场静载试验验证等措施;当实测贯入度小于5 mm/阵但R_(a)^(j)<0.65R_(a)时,宜选用更高规格打桩锤、降低设计单桩承载力取值或通过现场静载试验验证等措施。In order to solve the problems of"unable to stop hammering"and"unable to drive further"in the current practice of using the dual control method of penetration and pile length to stop hammering during construction,analyzes the correlation between the calculated and measured values of single pile bearing capacity in a large number of engineering examples.It is pointed out that when there is a deviation between the actual pile length and the expected design pile length,the control standard for stopping hammering penetration should be dynamically corrected accordingly.The correction method can be carried out according to the formula e=(R_(a)^(j)/R_(a))^(3)e_(0).In special cases,when R_(a)^(j)>1.5R_(a),but the measured penetration still does not meet the calculation results of the correction formula,measures such as controlling the pile tip elevation,supplementary investigation,or verifying on-site static load test should be adopted.When the measured penetration is less than 5 mm/blow but R_(a)^(j)<0.65R_(a),it is advisable to use higher specification pile hammer,reduce the design single pile bearing capacity value,or verify through on-site static load test.
