摘  要:对于填石高边坡既有桩板墙预应力锚索支护施工,其面临着施工平面高、填石地层硬度大、地层松散易塌孔、孔内沉渣难以清理等问题。为解决以上技术难题,采用一种高位潜孔锤顶驱跟管钻进成锚施工技术,该技术采用搭设装配式钢栈桥平台的方法以满足高位钻孔要求,针对混凝土挡墙和填石地层分别采用顶驱动力钻机和潜孔锤钻头,充分发挥了顶驱钻机和潜孔锤的破岩效率与排渣功能,并利用外套管跟进护壁以防止塌孔,终孔后采用风动潜孔锤清孔,大大提高了成孔效率和成孔质量,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。For the construction of pre-stressed anchor cable support for existing pile sheet walls on high rock filled slopes,it faces problems such as high construction planes,high hardness of rock filled strata,loose strata that are prone to collapse,and difficulty in clearing sediment inside the holes.To solve the above technical difficulties,a high-level down the hole hammer top drive and pipe drilling anchor construction technology is adopted.This technology adopts the method of setting up an assembled steel bridge platform to meet the requirements of high-level drilling.For concrete retaining walls and rock filling strata,top drive power drilling machines and down the hole hammer drill bits are respectively used,fully utilizing the rock breaking efficiency and slag removal function of top drive drilling machines and down the hole hammer.The outer sleeve is used to follow up the protective wall to prevent hole collapse.After the final hole is drilled,pneumatic down the hole hammer is used to clean the hole,greatly improving the drilling efficiency and quality,and achieving significant social and economic benefits.
