摘 要:珠江三角洲水资源配置工程某段使用泥水盾构机在井下掘进过程中多次遭遇坚硬地层,导致刀盘上各类刀具损坏异常严重。针对这一问题,对施工地质环境和刀盘刀具性能等因素逐一进行分析,根据现场数据分析得出刀具性能与地层不匹配是造成其在坚硬地层掘进期间使用寿命低的主要原因。对此采取针对性措施,提高了滚刀刀圈的硬度、刃宽和直径,同时提高刮刀刀身的厚度,解决了盾构机刀盘刀具在坚硬地层掘进期间使用寿命低的难题,有效提升了盾构机在坚硬地层的掘进效率并大幅降低了刀具成本,具有较好的推广应用价值。In the civil construction segment of the water resource allocation project within the Pearl River Delta,the slurry shield machine encountered formidable geological strata multiple times during subterranean tunneling operations.This recurrent issue led to considerable damage to diverse tools on the cutter head.An in-depth analysis was conducted focusing on the geological environment at the construction site and the performance characteristics of the cutter head tools.Data gathered from the site indicated that a fundamental mismatch between the performance capabilities of the tools and the hardness of the geological strata was the primary cause of the tools'reduced operational lifespan during excavation through hard layers.In response,targeted modifications were implemented to enhance the hardness,blade width,and diameter of the roller cutter rings,along with an increase in the thickness of the scraper blades.These strategic enhancements effectively resolved the challenges associated with the short service life of the cutter tools during hard strata excavation,significantly boosting the tunneling efficiency of the shield machine and concurrently reducing the costs associated with tool replacement.The successful application of these modifications holds substantial value for broader implementation in similar engineering challenges.
