玄武岩纤维对清水混凝土早期收缩和抗开裂性能的影响

摘  要:依托于深圳某广场中大面积异性多曲面薄壳密肋梁板工程,对掺入玄武岩纤维的清水混凝土进行了流动性能和抗裂试验以及微观结构测试。结果表明:在混凝土塑性阶段,玄武岩纤维会吸附水使得混凝土的流动性能降低;而在混凝土硬化阶段,玄武岩纤维吸附的水让周围胶凝材料充分水化,生成大量水化产物水化硅酸钙(C-S-H),C-S-H凝胶将纤维和混凝土胶结成一体,从而提高了混凝土的抗裂性能。建议采用掺入2.5 kg/m^(3)玄武岩纤维来抑制清水混凝土的开裂。Based on the large-area anisotropic multi curved thin shell and ribbed beam slab project in Shenzhen,flow performance,crack resistance and microstructure tests were conducted on the fair-faced concrete mixed with basalt fibers.The results indicate that during the plastic stage of concrete,basalt fibers will adsorb water,leading to a decrease in the flowability of the concrete;in the hardening stage of concrete,the water absorbed by basalt fiber fully hydrates the surrounding cementitious materials,generating a large amount of hydration product calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H).C-S-H gel binds fibers and concrete together,thus improving the cracking resistance of concrete.It is recommended to use the addition of 2.5 kg/m^(3) basalt fibers to suppress the cracking of fair-faced concrete.
