丽江2个典型生态区不同烤烟品种中部叶品质差异分析

摘　　要：探究丽江2个典型生态区(以下简称生态区)不同烤烟品种中部烟叶品质的差异。以NC71、秦烟96、云烟121、云烟116及云烟87(对照)为试材,以高原平坝区和湿润河谷区为试验地点,研究烤后中部烟叶外观质量、常规化学成分及感官质量的差异。结果表明,在2个生态区,秦烟96、云烟116的中部烟叶外观质量差异较大,5个烤烟品种在湿润河谷区中部烟叶常规化学成分综合得分整体高于高原平坝区,且4个试验新品种中部烟叶常规化学成分综合得分在2个生态区变化较大。从感官质量及品牌符合度看,5个品种在高原平坝区清香风格更突出、香气质及品牌符合度略优;秦烟96、云烟121感官质量在2个生态区变化较小。总体上,参试品种在2个生态区中部烟叶品质有差异,其中云烟121品质波动较小,适宜作为后备品种在上述2个生态区种植。In order to explore the difference of middle tobacco leaf quality of different flue-cured tobacco varieties in 2 typical ecological areas of Lijiang,using NC71,Qinyan 96,Yunyan 121,Yunyan 116 and Yunyan 87(control)as materials,the differences of appearance quality,conventional chemical composition and smoking quality of flue-cured middle tobacco leaves of different varieties in the 2 typical ecological areas(plateau small basin area and humid valley area)were studied.The results showed that the appearance quality of the central tobacco leaves of Qinyan 96 and Yunyan 116 was significantly different in 2 ecological areas.The comprehensive scores of conventional chemical components of the 5 varieties in the central tobacco leaves in the humid valley area were higher than those in the plateau small basin area.In addition,the comprehensive scores of conventional chemical components of the 4 new experimental varieties in central tobacco leaf changed greatly in the 2 ecological areas.From the perspective of sensory quality and brand conformity,the fragrance style of 5 varieties was more prominent in the plateau small basin area,and the fragrance temperament and brand conformity were slightly better.The sensory quality of Qinyan 96 and Yunyan 121 had little change in the 2 ecological areas.In general,the tobacco quality of the tested varieties was different in the two ecological areas,and the quality of Yunyan 121 had little fluctuation,which was suitable for planting as a backup variety in the 2 ecological areas.
