摘 要:为探究枯草芽孢杆菌和锁掷酵母对大黄鱼仔稚鱼育苗水处理效果的影响,设置对照组、锁掷酵母(10~4 CFU/mL)组、枯草芽孢杆菌组(10~4 CFU/mL)、锁掷酵母(10~4 CFU/mL)+枯草芽孢杆菌(10~3、10~4、10~5 CFU/mL)组,研究各组不同时间水质指标的变化。结果表明:单一菌12~72 h时,锁掷酵母和枯草芽孢杆菌水体中亚硝酸盐去除率均高于对照组;锁掷酵母(10~4 CFU/mL)+枯草芽孢杆菌(10~3 CFU/mL)组亚硝酸盐去除率在各个时间段均最高,72和96 h时显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);24 h时,锁掷酵母(10~4 CFU/mL)+枯草芽孢杆菌(10~3 CFU/mL)组氨氮去除率最高。添加微生物对水体中硝酸盐、总有机碳的去除均有一定促进作用。以上研究结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌和锁掷酵母的添加有助于大黄鱼仔稚鱼育苗水处理中氨氮和亚硝酸盐的去除,浓度以锁掷酵母(10~4 CFU/mL)+枯草芽孢杆菌(10~3 CFU/mL)为宜。In order to investigate the influences of Bacillus subtilis and Sporidiobolus pararoseus on the water treatment effects in the seedling of Larimichthys crocea larva and juvenile,the control group,S.pararoseus(10~4 CFU/mL)group,B.subtilis group(10~4 CFU/mL),and S.pararoseus(10~4 CFU/mL)+B.subtilis(10~3,10~4,10~5 CFU/mL)groups were designed to study the changes of water quality indices at different time in different groups.The results show that the removal rate of nitrite in the water body of S.pararoseus and B.subtilis was higher than that of control group from 12 h to 72 h.The removal rate of nitrite in the groups of S.pararoseus(10~4 CFU/mL)+B.subtilis(10~3 CFU/mL)were the highest at different time,and it was significantly higher than that of other groups at 72 and 96 h(P<0.05).The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was the best in S.pararoseus(10~4 CFU/mL)+B.subtilis(10~3 CFU/mL)at 24 h.The addition of microorganism had certain effect on the removal of TOC and nitrate in water body.The above results showed that the addition of B.subtilis and S.pararoseus could help to remove ammonia nitrogen and nitrite from the water body of the seedling of L.crocea larva and juvenile and the group of S.pararoseus(10~4 CFU/mL)+B.subtilis(10~3 CFU/mL)had the best removal effect.
